About Me
Welcome to Whitetail SkyLabs! My name is Josh Hall, and I grew up near Rochester, MN and went to Dover-Eyota High. After High School, I attended Winona State University and earned my bachelors. While growing up, a significant portion of my time was spent in the woods chasing whitetail near Rollingstone and Spring Grove, MN.
My passion for hunting has turned into a year round endeavor with planting, spraying, and timber stand improvement. Despite all the work, I was still struggling to understand how my target deer were using the property. As soon as I thought I had him figured out, he would disappear, and my trail cameras just weren't telling the whole story.

This year I decided to purchase a thermal drone so I could better research deer movement. With the help of the drone, I will be able to better understand how much food, cover, and water my herd needs, and more importantly, where to put it.
